Why don’t you give a price per m² without seeing the wall?
Because the real price depends on the condition of the surface: skimming over gotelé coated in plastic paint does not cost the same as over gotelé in distemper, and painting a sound wall does not cost the same as painting one with damp. With two or three photos we give you a fixed price in writing, and that price is honoured.
Who does the work?
The work is carried out by professional painters from the province of Málaga whom we work with. We handle your request, give you the quote and coordinate the job; the person who does the painting is a professional from your area.
When is the best time to paint a facade on the Costa del Sol?
Spring and autumn. In high summer a facade in the sun easily goes above the maximum application temperature on the paint’s data sheet, and in winter the damp nights leave the wall too cold and covered in condensation. It is not fussiness: it is what the manufacturer says.
Do you work with communities of owners?
Yes. Facades, entrance halls and common areas, with a quote split into phases so it can go through the owners’ meeting, and a single point of contact for the property manager.

Yes, and it is the quickest way. With a few photos and the approximate square metres we can give you a reliable estimate in under 24 working hours. If the job requires it, the details are then confirmed with a free visit.
